We have an excellent record of PhD supervision, with previous graduates going on to gain prestigious fellowships at excellent research institutions such as Edinburgh University and the Crick Institute.

The Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) operates a programme for non-Japanese researchers to work as post-doctoral researchers in laboratories in Japan. If you have obtained your PhD in the last 5 years, or are about to obtain your PhD, and are interested in the work we do, please consider applying for the programme. Details can be found here.
