Now I am doing postdoc in the department of Neuroscience, Centre de recherche du CHUL, Universite laval. My research interests are to (a) identify endogenous molecules and/or mechanisms that can slow or halt neurodegeneration characteristic of Parkinson’s disease (PD), (b) define their underlying cellular and molecular processes, and (c) mobilize their functions to prevent the progression of PD.

In this project, I am using PD brain tissue and trangenic mice of PD model which overespressing human wild type alpha-synuclein. Using various techniques like flowcytometry, immunoflowcytometry, bioluminescence imaging, qPCR, WB I am trying explain the role of infammation on alpha-synucleupathies in PD.

I am very much grateful to the teachers, stuffs, and the students of department of Therapeutic Medicine, Ehime University as the department gave lots of supports and opportunity to build my reaseach career in this fields.
