Diabetes Research and Clinical Practice 6月号に掲載された「The fluctuation in sympathetic nerve activity around wake-up time was positively associated with not only morning but also daily glycemic variability in subject with type 2 diabetes」という論文です。愛媛大学病院入院中の2型糖尿病患者にホルター心電図と持続皮下ブドウ糖モニタリングを装着して、自律神経活性と血糖変動との関連をみた研究です。
